A booking is confirmed when the studio confirms it to you directly, whether by message, telephone or in person. Until then, a requested time is not held.

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. If you arrive late, we will do what we can within the time that remains — a session that starts late usually has to finish on time, because someone else is booked after you.

First visits begin with a consultation. This is part of the appointment, not an addition to it, and it may change what is done on the day.

If you need to move or cancel an appointment, tell us as early as you reasonably can. Early notice lets us offer the time to someone else, and it is the whole of what we ask.

Repeated missed appointments without notice may affect how we hold future bookings for you. If that ever applies, we will raise it with you directly rather than apply anything silently.

We may occasionally need to move an appointment ourselves — illness within the team, or a room that cannot be prepared properly in time. We will contact you as soon as we know and offer the earliest alternative we have.

Our services are skincare and beauty services. They are not health services. NOMAD does not diagnose any condition, does not advise on medication, and does not offer any service as a solution to a health concern. Where something belongs with a doctor, we will say so.

You agree to tell us, at consultation and before each session, about sensitivities, allergies, recent procedures, pregnancy, and anything a professional has advised you to avoid. We rely on what you tell us when deciding what is suitable.

We may decline or adapt a service where we judge it is not right for you on the day. Some services also require a patch check beforehand; where that applies we will arrange it and the session cannot go ahead without it.

Guests under the age of eighteen are seen only with a parent or guardian present, and only for services suitable for them.

Gift cards are arranged in conversation with the studio, and what each card covers is confirmed with the person arranging it at that time. The period during which a card can be used is stated on the card itself.

A card may be passed to another person; please tell us the new name when booking. Cards cannot be exchanged for money. If a consultation shows that a different service suits the holder better, we will adjust the card rather than proceed with something unsuitable.

Please keep belongings with you; the studio cannot accept responsibility for personal items left behind, though we will always try to reunite you with anything found.

We ask guests not to photograph or film other guests. The studio is a quiet space and we may ask for phones to be silenced.

Our team is entitled to work free of abusive or inappropriate behaviour. We will end a session and decline future bookings where that is not respected.

We carry out every service with reasonable care and skill, using trained team members and products handled according to our own standards. Skin responds differently from person to person, and no result can be guaranteed.

Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited under Malaysian law. This section in particular should be reviewed by the studio's adviser before publication.

If something is not right, tell us as soon as you can — during the session, or afterwards through the contact page. We will look into it properly and reply.
