How the team works
NOMAD is a small studio and the team is deliberately small with it. Most guests see the same person visit after visit, which is less about loyalty than about memory — someone who saw your skin two months ago notices what changed.
The roles in the room
A consultation is led by whoever will be caring for you, not by a separate salesperson — the person recommending a service is the person who has to deliver it well. Front of house handles arrivals, timings and the small practical things, so nobody in the room is doing two jobs at once.
Training and continued practice
Everyone who works on a guest is trained on every protocol they perform, and on each device before it is ever used in a session. New services are practised within the team first. Product and device training from suppliers is logged, and no one performs a service they have not been signed off on.
What we will tell you
What a service involves, how it usually feels, how long it takes, and what to expect afterwards. If something is not right for you today, we will say so and offer an alternative, even when that is the smaller booking.
What we will not do
We are skincare and beauty practitioners, not health professionals. We do not diagnose anything, we do not comment on medication, and we do not offer a service as a solution to a health concern. Where something belongs with a doctor, we will say that plainly and leave it there.
Meeting the team
Individual profiles — names, the services each person leads, and how long they have been with the studio — are maintained by NOMAD and will appear below this section. If you would prefer a particular person or a particular language spoken in the room, say so when you book and we will arrange it where the schedule allows.

Questions about who cares for you
Yes, and most people do. Mention it when you book. If they are away, whoever sees you will have read the notes from your last visit before you sit down.
The studio works across English, Malay and Mandarin, though not every person speaks all three. Tell us your preference when you book and we will match it where the schedule allows.
Always. Declining a booking is part of the job here. If your skin is unsettled on the day, we will adjust to something gentler or ask you to come back — and there is no pressure attached either way.
No. If something used in the room would help at home, we will write it down at the end and leave the decision entirely with you.

A first consultation is a conversation, nothing more. You can leave having decided nothing at all.
