LED Light Session in Kuala Lumpur
Twenty quiet minutes under a light panel, eyes shielded, nothing touching your face. The calmest session we offer, and the easiest to add to another.
- About 30 minutes
- Eye shields, always
What is the LED Light Session, and who is it for?
The LED Light Session sits you under a panel of low-level coloured light for about twenty minutes, with opaque shields over your eyes. Nothing touches your face, there is no heat beyond a faint warmth, and there is nothing to recover from afterwards. Guests book it as a calm session on its own, or add it to the end of another visit while the room is still quiet.
The honest framing: this is a comfortable, cumulative session rather than a dramatic one. Nobody walks out looking transformed after a single visit, and the guests who value it most are the ones who add it regularly over a couple of months. If you would rather we say that plainly than sell it hard, this is the studio for you.
IN THE ROOM
What your visit looks like
- 01
A short check
We ask about medicines and supplements that make skin more light-sensitive, and about migraines or epilepsy. It is a short list of questions, and it matters.
- Bring the name of anything you take regularly
- 02
Cleanse, and nothing else
A gentle cleanse so the skin is bare — make-up, sunscreen and even a rich serum sit between the light and your face.
- 03
Eye shields on, panel positioned
Opaque shields cover your eyes before the panel is switched on — not tinted glasses, and no exceptions, even for a quick look. The panel sits a set distance from your face.
- 04
Twenty minutes of quiet
You lie still and the light does its work. Most guests describe a faint warmth and nothing else; a good number fall asleep. A call bell is within reach the whole time.
- 05
Moisturiser and sunscreen
A light layer and sunscreen, and you are done. Make-up can go on immediately and there is nothing to avoid for the rest of the day.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
Questions we hear most
Opaque shields go on before the panel is switched on and stay on until it is off. We do not do a quick peek, and we will not start without them. If you wear contact lenses, they can stay in.
Neither. Nothing touches your face and the warmth is faint. It is the session we suggest when someone wants to see the studio without anything being done to their skin.
This is a cumulative session. Guests who value it are usually coming weekly or fortnightly across a couple of months, not once. One visit is a pleasant twenty minutes and we will not pretend otherwise.
Yes, and that is how most guests book it — at the end of a facial while the room is still dim. Say so when you book so we hold the extra twenty minutes.
Tell us before booking if you take anything that raises light sensitivity, if you have epilepsy, or if you get light-triggered migraines. In some cases we will ask you to check with your doctor first, and we would rather do that than proceed.
Come as you are — we cleanse first, because make-up and sunscreen sit between the light and your skin. Bring your make-up if you want to reapply before leaving.
