What is Lash Care, and who is it for?
Lash Care works with the lashes you already have. They are cleansed, set over a soft silicone shield in the curl that suits your eye shape, held with a lifting solution, set, and finished with a conditioning step. A tint can be added if you want definition without mascara. There are no extensions and no glue, so there is nothing to fill in three weeks and nothing to weigh the lashes down.
It suits straight lashes that disappear behind the eyelid, anyone tired of a daily curler, and guests who have had extensions and want a rest from them. What it does not do is make lashes longer — a lift changes the angle, not the length, and any studio promising growth is promising something a lift cannot give.

What your visit looks like

A patch test, 48 hours earlier
A small dot behind the ear or on the inner arm, two days before your appointment. It takes five minutes and it is not optional — book the two visits together and we will remind you.

Choosing the curl
We look at your eye shape and lash length and pick a shield accordingly. Short lashes on a dramatic shield look bent rather than lifted — that is the most common mistake, and we would rather go one step gentler.

Lashes set on the shield
Eyes closed from here on. Lashes are cleansed, then combed one by one onto a soft silicone shield. This is the slow, quiet part — about twenty minutes, and most guests doze.

Lift, set, condition
Each solution goes on the lashes only, never the lid, and each is timed by the clock rather than by eye. If anything stings, say so immediately and it comes off at once.

The shield comes off, lashes are combed through, and you sit up and look. Then the one rule that matters: no water on them for 24 hours.

Yes, 48 hours before, and again if more than six months have passed since your last one. It takes five minutes. Reactions around the eye are the one thing genuinely worth being strict about, and we will not skip it however tight your schedule is.
No. Nothing touches the eye itself and every solution goes on the lashes only. Your eyes stay closed throughout. If anything stings even slightly, say so and it is removed immediately.
Six to eight weeks. The lift stays on those particular lashes until they shed naturally, so it fades gradually rather than dropping all at once. Rebooking earlier than six weeks is not kind to the lashes.
No. A lift changes the angle, not the length — lashes that pointed down now point up, so they look longer in the mirror. That is a real difference and an honest description of it.
Not for the first 24 hours. After that, yes — though most guests find they stop bothering. Avoid waterproof mascara: removing it takes the kind of rubbing that pulls a lift out early.
They need to be professionally removed first, and it is best to let the natural lashes rest for a week or two before a lift. Message us and we will help you plan the order.
