An hour your team actually rests
Sessions arranged for groups from your workplace — in our Kuala Lumpur studio, or set up quietly in a room at your office.
- Built around your calendar
- One clear point of contact
How a team booking works
Most companies come to us for one of three reasons: a long quarter is ending, a team has been in the office more than anyone planned, or someone in HR wants a wellbeing day that people will actually turn up to. All three work the same way — one conversation, one schedule, one contact.
In the studio
We hold the room for your group and run staggered arrivals so nobody waits. A short session suits a lunch window; a longer one suits an afternoon that has been cleared on purpose. People choose from a small set of services on the day rather than committing weeks ahead.
At your office
We bring what we need and ask for very little: a room that can be made quiet, a door that closes, a power point, and somewhere to wash hands. We set up before the first appointment and leave the room as we found it.
What the day looks like
A short list of services chosen with you, a running order shared in advance, and a sign-up sheet your team fills in themselves. We keep to the schedule — people have meetings to return to, and an experience that runs late stops being restful.
Group size
Small teams are simplest. Larger groups are arranged across more than one day so the rhythm stays calm rather than becoming a queue. Tell us the number and the window you have, and we will tell you honestly what fits.

For organisers
Questions from the people arranging it
Three to four weeks is comfortable for a group, longer if your date falls near the end of a quarter or a public holiday. Smaller groups can often be arranged sooner.
A room that can be made quiet and private, a power point, and access to a sink. We bring everything else, including our own linens.
Yes, from a short list agreed with you beforehand. Keeping the list short is what lets the day run to time.
Meetings overrun — we expect it. Your organiser holds the running order and can swap two names around on the day without telling us in advance.
Tell us about your team
Send us the number of people and the window you have in mind. We will come back with what fits, and what does not.
