EVENTS

Pop-ups, evenings, and people we work with

We take the studio elsewhere occasionally, and open it up for small evenings here. If you are building something quiet and careful, tell us about it.

The kinds of things we say yes to

We are a small studio, so we take on few things and take them seriously. What follows is the shape most of them have.

Pop-ups

A short residency somewhere else — a shop, a hotel, a launch, a market with the right feeling to it. We bring a compact version of the studio: a couple of services, a proper set-up, and the same pace we keep here. We do not do noisy demonstrations in the middle of a crowd.

Private evenings at the studio

The studio after hours for a small group: a birthday, a hen night that would rather be calm than loud, a team closing out something long. Short sessions in rotation, a slow room, and enough time that nobody is watching the clock.

Brand collaborations

We work with brands whose formulations we already reach for. That is the whole test — if it is not something we would put on a guest's skin without being asked, we will say no kindly. When we do collaborate, we say plainly on the page that we did, and we do not make claims on a brand's behalf that its own labelling does not.

Press, photography, and filming

The studio can be photographed or filmed outside opening hours, when no guest is in the building. We do not photograph guests, and we do not run shoots around live appointments — the room belongs to whoever is in it.

How to propose something

Send a short note: what it is, when, roughly how many people, and why NOMAD in particular. Short is better than polished. We reply to everything, including the ones we decline.

A few lines is enough to start. We would rather hear the idea early than the finished deck late.
