Korean Facial for Breakout-Prone Skin in Kuala Lumpur
A measured session for skin that breaks out along the jaw and forehead. Careful, selective work — and the discipline to leave alone what is not ready.
- Nothing forced, ever
- About 75 minutes
What is the Clarity Protocol, and who is it for?
The Clarity Protocol is our session for skin that breaks out regularly — along the jaw, across the forehead, or in the same spots every month. It runs a careful cleanse, warm steam to soften, selective manual work on what is genuinely ready, a calming mask, and a plan for what to do at home between visits. The word that matters is selective: your therapist works on a small number of areas properly rather than every mark on the face.
What we will not do is force anything that is not ready, because a deep, sore, closed bump forced open leaves a mark that outlasts the bump by months. That restraint is the single most useful thing this session offers, and it is also why we say plainly: persistent, painful or scarring breakouts belong with a doctor, and a studio session sits alongside that care rather than replacing it.
IN THE ROOM
What your visit looks like
- 01
Mapping where and when
Where the breakouts sit, when in the month they arrive, and what changed before they started. Jaw and forehead patterns often have different stories behind them.
- Tell us about anything your doctor has given you — it changes the session
- 02
Cleanse and warm steam
A double cleanse, then around eight minutes of warm steam. Softening first is what makes the next step gentler — skipping it is why home attempts leave marks.
- 03
Selective work, and a clear no
Your therapist works only on what is genuinely at the surface, and will tell you which ones she is leaving alone and why. Expect to be told no about at least one thing you were hoping she would deal with.
- Briefly sharp, a few seconds at a time
- Deep, sore bumps are left alone — always
- 04
A calming mask
Fifteen minutes of a cool, calming mask to bring the warmth down, with the lights low. Worked areas are left free of anything heavy afterwards.
- 05
The plan for between visits
Written down: what to use, what to stop, and what to do when something new appears at eleven at night. That last one is usually the difference between a mark that fades and one that stays.

|---|---|

BEFORE YOU BOOK
Questions we hear most
The selective work is briefly sharp, a few seconds at a time, and only after the skin has been softened with steam. If something is genuinely painful to touch, that is the sign we leave it alone rather than push through it.
We will not promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What a session does is handle what is at the surface carefully and give you a plan for between visits. Persistent or painful breakouts need a doctor, and we will say so.
Start with three, four weeks apart, which is roughly one skin cycle each. That is long enough to see whether the pattern is shifting without committing you to a long course up front.
Careful work on something genuinely ready usually fades within days. Marks come from forcing what is not ready — which is exactly what we refuse to do here, and exactly what happens in front of a bathroom mirror at midnight.
Tell us exactly what you are using when you book. Some products make skin far more fragile, and in those cases we adapt the session heavily or ask you to wait. Follow your doctor's guidance first — we work alongside it, never against it.
Do not squeeze it. Message us — sometimes there is something worth doing and sometimes the honest answer is to leave it and cover it, and we would rather tell you that than take a booking.
